Hi guys this is Stephan Danielson talking to you on something that was recently on the news. Which was a about a 45 year old Swedish man was trapped in his car for 2 months with nothing to eat but snow. It was reported that the man went into a dormant state like bears do when they hibernate to save energy. The man had to survive in the car where it was -22 degrees which is really cold on the fact that all his warmth was coming from a sleeping bag in his car that could have saved his life. The police said his body temperature fell down to 88 which is low knowing that a humans average body temperature is 99 degrees Fahrenheit. Another good fact to know about the story was that the man had lost 44 pounds in the 2 months he was stuck which could have possibly saved his life. For those of you that don't know when you stop eating your body starts depending on the fat stored in your body which starts making you look like you were from a concentration camp because that was what they did to the people in them. Another reason the man survived was because his body started slowing down his metabolism which means that the speed his body processed food slowed down.

THE DO'S AND DONT'S
Now theres a lot of things you can eat and a lot you can't. First of all theres something that some think it's a don't and others think it's a do. And it's eggs which is technically considered not a meat yet and that means all the bread like backery products are still considered vegitarian food which helps a lot because i don't think i can survive with out my cake! A don't is obiouvlsy no meats which is everything not mabey this one but everything. There is still a lot of things you can eat don't act like its the end of the world because it's not millions of people can do it and if the are able to the I think anyone can if they really try to do this wonderful challenge.

MY START
Hi my name is Stephan Danielson and im going to start blogging to you about becoming a vegitarian which is when you stop eating all types of meat which I am trying to do. And i think your asking to yourself 'how do you even get the idea of not ever eating meat again. Well for me motivation was a movie that was given to my brother in a concert by a group of people trying to get people to sign a patition to stop animal abuse. The name of the group is called PETA2 peta2.com and the horros I saw were undiscribable. It was hard to start because I didn't know where to start but I did and that made all the diffrence and yea someday I want to stuff myself with meat but after those days are over you start thinking to yourself 'wow this is even that hard to do. And if you realy want to get start ask anybody if they can do it with you or even help motivate you to start and when you think your ready go to the link above and check out the lifesyle tab on the top of the screen and see what your eating and what they have to go through to get you a plate of meat and and see what you can and can't eat. And try to talk to a vegitarian and see the challenges they went through and try to become one but be safe about it to because you have to find a substitute for the thing that the nutrients the meat gave you.
